The Australian Institute of Physics (AIP) and The Australian and New Zealand Optical Society (ANZOS) are co-hosting, AIP Congress 2026, is the premier gathering of physicists from across Australia, New Zealnd and around the world. Cancellation Fee and Refund Policy
For delegate registrations:
- Up to 6th November 2026: Full refund minus $50 administration fee.
- From 7th November 2026: 50% of payment refunded.
- From 23rd November 2026: no refund.
For accompanying person registrations:
- Up to 22nd November 2026: Full refund minus $50 administration fee.
- From 23rd November 2026: no refund.
